2. Booking and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are transparently communicated. However, final costs may vary based on the actual work required at the site.
  • Payment Methods: We accept online payments via PayFast (Credit/Debit cards, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (after service completion).
  • Advance Payment: For certain solar or large-scale installations, an advance payment may be required to procure materials.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate address and contact details for the technician to reach the location.
  • The presence of an adult (18+) is required at the premises during the service delivery.

4. Service Warranty & Liability

  • Certified Technicians: We ensure our technicians are trained and equipped with the latest tools.
  • Limited Liability: While we strive for perfection, Kaam Wala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays or pre-existing structural issues at the user’s location.
  • Warranty: Any service-related complaints must be reported within 48 hours of completion for a free inspection.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Users can cancel a booking at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time without any penalty.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in a temporary suspension of the user’s account.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

As mentioned in our Privacy Policy, your contact information is used solely for service coordination and will not be shared with third-party marketing agencies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the local regulations applicable in the city of Karachi.
